Production conditions:

(1) The machine needs a flat work area (equipment placement); the front of the wooden pallet must be flat and consistent with the same height.
(2) Raw material requirements: crushed stone or gravel, the particle size shall not be greater than 10 mm, the needle-shaped and flake-shaped particles shall not exceed 15%, and the debris and soil shall not exceed 3-5% by weight.
(3) Block curing: When (outdoor temperature is between 200C and 300C), natural curing can be stacked, watered, and cured after 2-3 hours of molding. When the temperature is too low, it can be transferred to the pile for curing after one day, and the curing time is 7 days. Water once every 2~3 hours in sunny days and 1~2 times in the evening to keep the blocks moist. In addition to watering and maintenance in winter, cover and heat preservation should be carried out to avoid frost damage. Be light when transferring and stacking. Handle with care to avoid damage.

Brick raw materials:

The products produced by the semi-automatic hollow brick machine can be processed into various new wall materials from industrial wastes such as river sand, stone powder, fly ash, cinder, coal grindstone, tailings, ceramsite, perlite and so on. Such as hollow cement block, blind hole brick, standard brick, etc., do not need to be sintered.

Structural principles and characteristics:

(1) The block forming machine is fixed, mold-vibrating, and mechanically demoulded. It has a wide range of applicability. It uses belt pulleys and sprocket chains to demold. There is no leakage from the reducer and it saves power.
(2) In addition to the frame itself, the suspension and connection parts of the whole machine adopt "spring vibration isolation technology" and directional vertical vibration technology; reduce power loss, improve compactness, low noise, and achieve good vibration reduction effects. At the same time, the wear of the mold is reduced and the working life of the mold is prolonged.
(3) The pressure head can move longitudinally, which is convenient for feeding, maintenance and washing; the gap between the pressure foot and the mold box is small, the block burrs are small, and the appearance is good.
(4) The wooden pallet resonates synchronously with the mold box during molding, and is free from impact. The life of the wooden pallet is more than double that of similar products.
(5) The electrical control part has a simple structure and easy operation; the operator can quickly become familiar with it.
(6) The mold replacement is convenient and simple, and the maintenance is convenient.
